      I just joined this company and I love it! The benefits are great, the schedule is great and my team is awesome. It is very diverse which I love, everyone is friendly and helpful when you need it. I definitely recommend working for this company.

      Pros

      This is a great place to start if you are looking to begin a career here. There are many different areas of the business you could also transition into.

      Cons

      International SOS does not put enough emphasis on ensuring their employees are successful and does not reward their contributions to organizational change by promoting from within. Benefits and pay are standard for the industry and only 2 weeks of vacation time, unless you've been there for 5+ years. No standard parental leave to my knowledge.
