You get a lot of good EDA objects to work at. There is a huge learning opportunity at Interra Systems.

Cons

Interra pays very less than the competition. The opportunity of growth is very limited. The company's EDA business is shrinking.

Pros

Office in a good location. Good place to learn EDA fundamentals. The Kolkata centre has some great guys who can teach well.

Cons

After working for a few years was offered options. I now realize the company has no plans of going public. The management just keeps the profit to themselves. Promises are never kept.
