Incredibly flexible work schedule and environment. Good annual bonuses based on personal development goals.

Cons

It may take several years to truly understand several of the company's policies. What is written down on paper is entirely different than what is communicated by managers and different even then what will be shared by coworkers.

Cons

Don't have many at this time other than sitting at a desk all day can be tough. However we have a extremely nice office space so there are tons of opportunities to switch up the scenery and its nice to be able to go on walks around the building to take a break!
