      Pros

      Interstates is letting me work part time, while I go to school full time. With a very flexible work schedule, it's been a HUGE relief not having to worry about work while I am in School!

      Cons

      As we change to an "Agile" Business structure from the current rigid structure... I am not sure where I will end up because of my part time status.

      Overall very positive company to work for

      Pros

      The company has a great vision for the future and does a good job sharing that with employees. The work environment is casual and very flexible. Great culture overall.

      Cons

      They have an odd expectation of all employees to put in a 45 hour work week and their pay scale isn't comparable to others in my role at least. There are a lot of gray areas around flexible hours and comp time and the benefits package could be improved considering what you expect of employees.
