Pros

Despite it's rapid growth over the past few years, the company still manages to hold on to its culture and ensure you are being supported. There is always plenty of challenging work and opportunities for development.

Cons

Challenging work can lead to burnout if you aren't careful. Rapid growth can also lead to frequent change, so if you struggle with that it can push you out of your comfort zone.
