Pros

The benefits are decent. The pay is average.

Cons

The women have to work twice as hard as the men and still have it hard. The supervisors desperately need training. The turnover rate is very high. There are no women in supervison.

Horrible moral

Pros

Insurance is decent, could be better

Cons

The new manager of water activated brought in a management team that has destroyed the morale of the entire plant. Hates paying employees fairly. Zero bonuses paid during the covid pandemic and yet watch the profits soar. Florida is so far removed form the reality the hourly employees face. Useless surveys with our concerns and not one action taken. Greg you got your 2 billion buyout and now care about the companybagain.
