Pros

My training is going well, my coworkers and superiors are all kind and patient towards me, and I'm enjoying my job so far. I've learned a lot about how my job affects the grand scheme of things.

Cons

I would like an opportunity for unpaid time off, but it's not the end of the world if they continue offering only paid time off.
