Pros

Over the past few months, I've been amazed with some Pros. I'd highlight: Intralinks Culture; Work environment. They will treat you like family; Senior executive's exposure; Possibility of raising your bar; Well-designed and well-featured product; An impressive network of clients; Work hard and you will be fairly compensated.

Cons

There are a few points of improvement as a company which, in my opinion, are not Cons. Last-minute plan changes. Well communicated though; There's still a great opportunity to explore synergies between the group's companies.

Exceptional Team: The entire team at Intralinks is amazing, with everyone being extremely nice and helpful. Win-Win Mentality: The company fosters a win-win mentality, ensuring everyone's success and a spirit of collaboration. Supportive Colleagues: The CSMs from different teams and the training team have gone above and beyond to make the experience superb. Outstanding Company Culture: Intralinks maintains a culture that encourages mutual support and success. Exceptional Training: The training provided by the company has been instrumental in enhancing the overall experience.

Cons

I've been hard-pressed to identify any significant downsides during my time here, but if I had to point out one aspect, it would be the mandatory monthly office visits. While they might not be everyone's favorite, I've come to appreciate these visits as valuable opportunities to network and connect with colleagues from different teams, which might not be as accessible when working remotely.
