Advancement is possible, but it is not about skills; it is about how well you fit in with the corporate culture. That culture is one that values humility, flexibility, and an ability to get things done with limited resources. Intrax's culture does not value creativity, passion, or asking difficult questions. The pay tends to be low for admin positions, but is fairly competitive for teachers. Turnover is high. In the past couple years there have been lots of layoffs, but I suspect that phase is over and the company will stay at the current size for the foreseeable future.
