      Pros

      The young people who join are smart and motivated to contribute to the field of cultural exchange

      Cons

      Unfortunately management demotivates staff to a point where people do not want to stay in the field. Additionally the turnover rate is so high that no one dares to stay long.

      Intrax is a large company with lots of interesting projects going on, working in international education and international exchanges, which are up and coming fields.

      Cons

      There is a lack of communication between operations and management in the United States and international branches. There seems to be a real lack of interest in how programs are actually running so long as people are signing up and participating.
