The sense of community and support you have always! I come to work confident even if I may be confused, or having doubts. My team is quick to reassure me that we’re doing just fine! Even if we aren’t, it’s not the end of the world. My favorite thing when I first started was how my Director and Manager stated multiple times during my onboarding and training that we all mistakes, and there is always a resolution!
