Pros

Intrinsic has attracted some of the brightest minds in Robotics. This is a great place to learn and get exposure to the bleeding edge. Impact is rewarded and leaders are accessible. The hybrid schedule fuels productivity.

Cons

Being an Alphabet company, at times we are constrained by big-company policies and procedures.

- Working on an exciting problem with the potential for big impact - Highly motivated and talented people who are easy to work with - Being part of Alphabet opens doors and arguably more stability than out on the VC market

- Megacorp bureaucracy slows things down and is frustrating to deal with

Pros

- Ambitious mission and real opportunity to succeed in achieving it. - Great team including former employees of Google, X, Vicarious, Akasha, Open Robotics, and more. - Leadership cares about the team and the culture. Heavily leverages the Conscious Business framework developed by Fred Kofman, and invests in employees learning the framework to ensure the whole company operates on the same "operating system." - Competitive compensation and benefits (in line with Google).

Cons

- Inherited some Google-level complexity and other Alphabet-imposed constraints that aren't suitable or helpful for a small, scrappy start-up.
