Pros

- Ambitious mission with clear goals and strategy - Excellent team and people, with industry-leading background - One Intrinsic, shared mindset across AMER, EMEA and APJC - Market-leading pay and benefits - Backed by Alphabet with all advantages that come along with it - Best of both worlds of a corporate tech giant and agile start up - The platform will be a game-changer in industrial robotics

Cons

- Lots of future potential but also uncertainty, which is normal for a start up in a pre-market scenario - Lots of agilty and speed, not everyone's company, shift from a corporate environment to us can be challenging first - Especially within tech roles more diversity is always better
