Pros

- Vibrant engineering culture. Tons of interesting problems to solve. - Lots of amazing engineers around to learn from and look up to. - Highly mature internal tools and platforms allow focusing on solving the actual problems instead of dealing with boilerplate / admin / setup stuff.

Cons

Varies by team, but working with cross-geography teams means early morning/late night meetings sometimes. Good thing is - everyone is pretty respectful of each other's time and tries to avoid unnecessary meetings to reduce this pain point.
