Pros

Lots of great people and perks (benefits / onsite amenities). Leadership values your career development at Intuit and promotes mobility. Intuit's values on customer obsession and building a high-impact culture is visible at all levels.

Cons

Some late calls as most colleagues are on the west coast.

Pros

Pay and benefits. Good people

Cons

Culture has taken a nosedive in the last 12-18 months. Environment has become extremely toxic and punitive. It’s toe the line and stay in your lane or get let go. Career opportunities are limited. Lacks clear strategy causing leadership to be reactive and unable to maintain focus.
