Pros

Great company to learn from. Lots of opportunity to ask questions of others, but it also seems to be changing. Health benefits are excellent. The design for delight effort and some of the change leaders helping others learn are some of the best.

Cons

Communication is closing off. Lots of organizational changes. Most org changes seem to be about people and personality. Not much work life balance. Lots of managers working day and night.

Pros

Compensation is generally pretty good, but there is little upside potential. Even when the company was doing well and making numbers year-end bonuses were not very different than when things were just ok.

Cons

The place has gone stale. Despite some good leaders who try to break the mold, the majority of people focus on maintaining the existing businesses and make additional small changes to the existing businesses. If you want to be inspired to change the world everyday, it can be a difficult place to get that done. In some of the newer business lines, there is still a glimmer of energy and inspiration, but that is not the norm
