Pros

Easy interview process, making it possible for sub-par talent to sneak in.

Cons

Bad managers all around. Terrible tech stack (despite the claims of working on cutting edge tech). HR and Mgmt is always out to get you and its a demotivating environment. The culture is toxic and rewards subservience, created in large part by mid-level managers and directors.

Pros

Intuit generally treats its employees well. The benefits are excellent - such as wellness stipends, on-site catering, mobility opportunities, and a generous ESPP program. Intuit uses leading-edge technology, making it a great place to learn.

Cons

Many engineering & product teams are mixed between the US & India, which can be challenging. Promotions seem rare compared to peer companies. Performance benchmarks/standards vary widely across teams & organizations.
