Pros

The company is located in sunny California and has a beautiful campus. It's located near a nice walking trail and has basketball courts and other nice facilities.

Cons

A lot of the people are obnoxious and arrogant. They have little skills and are unwilling or incapable of sharing and do not want to learn new methods. To be frank, a rolling stone gathers no moss. The sitting stones are paralyzed and unorganized but have important associations that keep them put. A completely dishonest workplace.

Pros

The benefit package is above average for the location and industry. You work with competent peers. The environment is one in which constructive feedback is well received and implemented.

Cons

You have to actively seek out performance feedback. Your work tasks will be extended beyond those described during the hiring process. This can be both good and bad depending upon your personality and willingness.
