Pros

Good products, facilities. Capable people in US team.

Cons

No work life balance. Senior management team is full of political games. You can not work with peace of mind. Partiality is very visible in promotions and hikes. No career growth . Outdated technologies. No leadership vision.

Pros

C-level management is very solid and there is a good work/life balance. Brand marketing really gets it when it comes to building a consumer brand that is trusted.

Cons

Mid-level managers (group managers) generally have a management by slide deck philosophy. People are afraid of VP Level bosses who have strong opinions but don't have the hands-on experience to understand what it takes to get a job done.
