Pros

Cutting edge go to market strategies with really cool products A visionary CEO solid benefits

Cons

political correctness slows the pace of change & inhibits growth ineffective leadership at the director level - obsession with interesting but meaningless details hire outside expertise to manage systems updates; we suck and should know it successful in spite of ourselves - one should be with 90+% market share

Pros

Lots of great ideas, open environment, people are the greatest assets

Cons

Lots of strategy no execution from management, too busy managing their careers, little investigation into this will do us some good.

Pros

Great San Diego campus, fitness center, beach volleyball, basketball, great food onsite.

Cons

Big, slow moving beast. Few groups are doing really exciting, state of the art stuff. Lots of organizational changes in middle and upper management.
