      Great people, good company culture, comprehensive benefits.

      Cons

      Great place to work vary's very much on managers, they can make it an amazing place to work or really bad place to work and there are plenty in this company that fall into both of those categories. If you are the type or person who needs a clearly defined job description and duties this is not the place for you. It is also not the place for you if you need job security, you could be working one day and being let go the next.

      Excellent work culture. You get to learn a lot in the beginning. People are friendly and the firm is welcoming to new employees.

      Cons

      Not very challenging work. The tech stack is undergoing changing, still it's in a very initial stage.Horizontal growth.
