Great environment, top talent, great management and vision, awesome benefits.
Cons
Compensation (salary) is below average. Commissions - ability to overachieve and hit accelerators - is inconsistent in terms of equal opportunity to do so. I've seen numerous colleagues over the last 5 years - in the same BU and other BU's - hit insane accelerators and $10K-$20K commissions (Quarter/Month). I have never been given a fair and comparable opportunity to do so.
