      Pros

      Intuit is an outstanding company that speaks and acts - employees as the first priority, then customers and partners, only then stakeholders. I like the company culture which is sane and normal and accepting. You get a lot of support when you start here, being assigned a "buddy" employee who will be holding your hand for the first 90 days. Benefit package is highly generous.

      Cons

      Working from Israel with the American HQ in the West coast sometimes means working in late evening hours.
