Pros

Great place to work. Communication and vision is clear. Benefits are outstanding at head quarters and pay was above market

Cons

A lot of back stabbing among upper managers. Departments rewarded for meeting departmental goals even if not in the best interest of company

Pros

Compensation, benefits, talented front-line employees. Focus on the customer, at least on the surface. Company mission to help people with finances.

Cons

No focus on results whatsoever. Everything is about how one speaks and whether they agree with the leadership. Very political atmosphere and complete leadership vacuum where individual just try to climb the corporate ladder.

Pros

employees are treated wtih the utmost respect, management listens to all of their concerns (probably too much so, to be honest)

Cons

Management team is relatively non-technical, tends to apply generic business approach to problems that should be solved in a specific, software-related way; in order to maintain growth rates in coming years, we will have to get pretty far out of our comfort zone
