Cons * there's a real yin and yang in the employee population: those who are smart, competent, and courageous versus those who are more than willing to do what is most expedient or beneficial to their own career * There is a sense of fear in disagreeing with your manager & in fact, you are committing career suicide if you are not a cheerleader for your manager/management * Hypocrisy in what they say versus what they do
