      Pros

      Intuit is the company known for its values & great culture in support to its employees, customers shareholders and partners. Its a place were you can self drive your career & learn new technology with full support from management. An open culture where folks will listen to feedback's and promptly adapt to change. Facilities are the best more than one can ask for. Intuit Bangalore teams rocks.

      Very people-focussed company, consistently one of the top 10 companies to work for, good long-term strategy, work culture is good.

      Cons

      Slow decision making especially when efforts span across multiple teams/BUs. Sometimes not all teams involved have the same priority alignment.
