      Pros

      They care about employee's wellbeing, remuneration, career development, etc. The benefits in UK are great (medical insurance, tuition assistance, gym, vision, etc). Offices are in a great spot in Victoria. They care about customers as well and has one of the best Care services in the industry.

      Cons

      Late calls in the evenings if you work with a US team.

      - Positive and innovative culture that will help bring out the best of your abilities - Exciting growth plans mean now is a great time to join if you want to grow with the business - Benefits outside of normal salary that are far better than most companies will offer

      Cons

      - For roles that work closely with systems and/or data there are legacy systems to deal with, however this is widely recognised across the business and they are investing heavily in improving this

      Pros

      I joined 9 months ago and I have learnt so much about myself and my abilities and have grown so much. We have clear goals that we all know what we need to achieve and more importantly we know why we are doing it. Everyone wants to achieve the goal, you walk in and everyone is smiling and happy and you know that everyone wants everyone to succeed. You are treated with integrity and an individual. Its a great place to work.

      Cons

      The systems are improving every week and will get better. The speed of the work and volume of work needs to be strongly managed but the business is aware and work to improve this.
