      - Overall good place to work (although the culture can vary from team to team and across BUs) - Compensation is pretty good and people are usually respect each other - It has its quirks and sometimes you need to work long hours, but management makes an effort to compensate you for it (with flexible work hours) and a decent bonus (sometimes more than 100% of what's on your offer letter) - Work can be interesting depending on the team you are in] - Annual Employee Surveys allows you to rate your manager and reporting chain up and its usually taken seriously by upper management. - I've seen a change for the positive over the last 8 years and the company does make improvements in the fields it declares it wants to improve

      Cons

      - Growth prospects can be confusing with no clear path to promotions defined in some cases - Roles and responsibilities for roles like Staff Engineer and Architect can very drastically depending on the team. In some cases, you need to be highly technical and code whereas in others they act more like managers - There is bureaucracy and you need to jump through hoops to get things done.
