Pros

-- Lots of importance to female developers --Work-life balance is good -- Too many perks -- Good pay -- Office transport + free food + respect for women

Cons

-- If you don't get good manager, no promotion -- If you are a hard working person who wants to shine brighter than others don't come here. This is a comfort zone place. People will make you like them.

Pros

If you are self driven and passionate to do what you believe in, this is the place for you. This company allows you the freedom to find your natural passion and grow within the company through mobility opportunities. Great place for people who like to learn and experiment. I remember hearing this in my early days 'where autonomy meets passion' and then experiencing this myself participating in the last Hackathon.

Cons

You cannot be successful in this company if you are inward focused and are always chasing what's in it for me instead of shared outcomes.
