Pros

Training Tools for employees to carryout their job Team support

Cons

Benefits - No PTO for "select time" employees. Only sick time that needs documentation. Feels a bit juvenile. Compensation - This was a remote position and pay is great in states that already have low pay overall. In larger metro cities, The pay is not competitive at all. Bonus - The bonus verbiage during onboarding is VERY deceptive. The goal is 8% annual bonus. To any normal person, this means 8% in addition to your current salary is expectations are met, but that is not the case. There is an entire formula used that really translates to 1-3% annual bonus with most only getting pennies more per hour.

Pros

Great people work for this company, everyone I had interactions with was so helpful and really cared on an emotional level

Cons

Decisions being made at the top of the chain have no regard for the livelihood of their employees, they only see green. Price increases on customer made them super unhappy and difficult to work with, and quotas were increase 300% to our prior year without any change in leads. The most stressful job I have ever had. Disgusting how I was treated by the company on my way out and really left a bad taste in my mouth.
