Pros
Very strong benefits and pay. Good campuses. Solid coworkers that are great to work with. Resources and encouragement for AI learning.
Cons
Lots of top-down performance pressure with requirements for good performance reviews growing greatly each year. Happy to make things your fault. and pushing more days at the office. Likely going to full-time at office eventually. Pushing everyone to know and use AI systems even when it does not apply to the product. CEO ignores employee feedback to push an agenda of trying to be more like google and amazon. It’s a hard-sell for any maintenance or testing efforts over feature development or AI feature integration.
