      Still good salaries but quickly going down.

      Cons

      They are quickly making Intuit an Amazon copy-cat, culture and leadership style wise.

      It's going downhill fast

      Pros

      Good-ish pay if the torture is worth it, good health benefits, "recharge" days - aka closed between holidays.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace, extremely political, dog eat dog mentality, low quality work, but fast to speed, no empathy, don't care about the people or any human aspect to the culture and it feels like a massive sinking ship.

      terrible company culture

      good talent pool and learning environment

      Cons

      company has no vision and most of the management is dumb and they dont know what they are doing. there is always a constant push from engineers to deliver more with terrible work life balance. my manager has zero tech knowledge. my vp, manager, skip and director all of them are in same company for more that 15 years and they have zero knowledge on what is happening outside.
