      Pros

      If you're looking for stability, moderate pay, work/ life balance, flexibility with respect to working from home and/ or in an office, and working with some genuinely caring/ cool/ amazing peeps this is a good company to work for.

      Cons

      So many managers offer so little. Attrition is currently so sky high that the company is experiencing a serious degradation in culture. Pay is absolutely NOT on par with tech peers. Mailchimp's pricing power, with respect to pay, has been degraded thanks to many other tech companies coming to ATL. Mailchimp does not fair well in comparison.

      Pros

      I appreciate the things that were positive about Mailchimp now that it's very clear those things will disappear. The place wasn't perfect but there was a sense that people cared for each other.

      Cons

      The close was rushed for pure profit and things have only gotten worse since then. There is no clear, thoughtful plan for integration and it's very clear that stock price and profit will rule the day. This will bring out the worst in people.

      Pros

      I enjoy my job and the amazing team I work with. Though I work from home we still have a comradery of assisting our team mates who need help with deadlines and simply cheering each other on when someone has a difficult assignment. Though I work with QB, a couple of times a year we are given the opportunity to assist during the busy tax deadlines for TurboTax. Though hectic and tiring that is fun times!

      Cons

      Though I work 40 hours each week I am considered a part-time person due to my job title. So, I do not qualify for paid vacation. Also, for what I do and my experience level the pay is a little low.
