Pros

It's a great way to supplement one's income with completely flexible hours, as long as one can work at least 20 hours a week. If one wishes to work more, hours up to 80 a week are available during peak tax season periods. The people are great, and there are ample resources for help. If you enjoy helping people, have great communication skills both verbal and written, and want a convenient job from home with maximum flexibility, this is a great place to work.

Cons

The onboarding process was really disorganized. If you can survive that, you should be good. Also, there is a script that one must say on every call that doesn't always make sense. Even if I customer just said, "thank you, you helped me so much, you've been great", one is still required to say, "Have I resolved your issue" or "Have I answered your question?" I deal with that by making a joke and telling the customer that AI software is spying on me and that I'm required to say this.

Pros

You can work remote from a home office.

Cons

My mouth dropped when I found out that my manager gave access to my personal folder containing my personal bank account information, my resume, my internet bills on their file storage sentence to 4 of my co-workers without telling me. I found out about because one of them complained they didn't like something I wrote in my private file. HR has not power to do anything. Thery were not help at all. They tell you that you can work part-time, but you will never get your work done if you are just part-time.

Pros

Benefits and inclusiveness but that's is about it

Cons

If you like getting assaulted with calls this job is for you. They are understaffed and work you to the ground. There is no room for professional development unless its something they want you to do. It is consistently hard to hit goal unless you wrong fit customers for the products. They change what they expected of you ALL the time, so you don't know what you are to do. Very clique, so don't say anything bad about changes or else you will never be promoted. If you are trying to finish up an email or take a quick break, they will put you back into availability without warning.
