Still good salaries but quickly going down.

Cons

They are quickly making Intuit an Amazon copy-cat, culture and leadership style wise.

Pros

Salary and benefits Overall good culture. Employees are recognized and rewarded.

Cons

I'm not sure the stats, but around half of engineers are in India and around half are in Pacific time zone. Given that, even when the company does try to do good separation of teams between the time zones, there's still plenty of cross team communication required. So, don't be surprised to be in late night meetings and receive slack messages at night (depends on team).
