Pros

Highly skilled organization that is also very friendly and welcoming. Great place to build a career. Headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, leans into new technologies with speed and safety - innovatively using AI / genAI throughout company and products. Fast paced environment with a work life balance. Successful Competitive compensation package. Truly walks the talk of inclusivity - more than any other company I've worked for.

Cons

Working to level up talent after lack of attrition for years has led to recent layoff and stronger performance management actions; this has created some pockets of fear and negativity in the company. Promotion process can be soul crushing / hard to get promoted, especially at more senior / executive levels - be prepared to really work for it. This leads some good folks to exit or "boomerang".
