Pros

Every employee & partner is absolutely wonderful. Decent work/life balance. Great business model with partners/sites having success in multiple states.

Cons

Lots of “hurry up & wait” in the accounting dept. constant dumpster fires to be put out. Directly manager is extremely stressed and takes it out on employees frequently.
