      - Really cool work; you get to work on projects that will literally go to space every day - Coworkers are passionate about the job - Always something new to learn

      Cons

      - Space is hard and space is slow; things can feel slow and people can be risk-averse, but that's just the nature of the industry - Compensation is probably just average

      Doing really cool work, wanting to strive to do more and become a major player in the industry.

      Cons

      A start up operating with no equity. As an employee we have no option to buy into the company stock that we bleed for, “oh we pay well” no you pay market average. We are 500 people and work extremely hard and have NO opportunity to own a piece of the company we work for. No stock purchasing program, no equity grants, nothing. What is the point of working for a company this size out of ALL the others out there if you don’t get equity. Minuscule bonus, enough money to go buy other large companies, but not enough to give employees a piece of the pie. Shareholder greed and ownership hoarding
