Pros

• Competitive Compensation: The pay and benefits packages are robust and industry-competitive. • Mission-Driven Culture: There is a genuine sense of purpose in working for a company dedicated to improving patient outcomes. • Visionary Executive Leadership: Both the current and former CEOs have demonstrated strong intent and high-level leadership.

Cons

• Toxic Management Culture: Middle management often defaults to micromanagement. There is a frequent "meeting culture" where managers over-commit their teams to tasks without regard for bandwidth, subsequently taking credit for the team's execution. • Lack of Work-Life Balance: The culture demands a 24/7 commitment, leading to significant burnout and a total lack of boundaries. • Integrity Concerns: There are serious ethical issues regarding employee engagement surveys; staff have been instructed to avoid low scores, which creates skewed data and ignores systemic issues. • Hostile Environment: The atmosphere can be undermining and aggressive, with some individuals using threats as a management tactic, leading to a lack of psychological safety.

Pros

- Da Vinci and Ion are top of the line products and have established a technological moat that no other company will come near any time soon - Pay is good, while still a little less than the bigger tech companies in the area

Cons

- I worked in mechanical design of Multiport Accessories. I was really excited to join the company and became friends with many of my co-workers; however, my manager was unthinkably bad. She is completely clueless when it comes to any technical topic, is only concerned about her own advancement, is insecure, has a short temper, and takes credit for your work. She doesn't belong in any position position of authority and didn't get there through merit or job-relevent qualifications.
