Pros

Great group of people. Good benefits and work/home balance. I really enjoyed working there because the people made it fun to come into work. But, after a couple of years with no growth prospect I came to realize that it was a job and not a career.

Cons

Career development is pretty much non existent. Everyone tends to stay in their current role so movement is nonexistent and when there is a role opening they do not tend to promote from within.

Pros

Great Location in Midtown Atlanta

Cons

Corporate Security & Compliance seems to have a history of mysteriously and suddenly finding adverse information on candidates background checks AFTER they have already started, and escorting them out of the building and terminating employment, while refusing to discuss the matter, or disclose the information that they allegedly found. This happened to me only after 2 days, and the company refused to discuss or disclose the information that they claim precluded me from employment. It happened to 4 different consultants in one week. Very funny considering I have no criminal record, and was truthful about ALL employment and education listed on application. I paid for my own background test, which came back 100% clean, and the company still refuses to give any information. Seems to possibly be some discriminatory practices going on.

Pros

Flexible work schedule. That's all.

Cons

They need to clean house in regards to management in fund administration. They clearly don't know what they're doing. Most of them delegate work that's assigned to them to lower level employees then take credit for it. They make promises and never follow through. They set you up for failure instead of coming up with a structured plan to help the employee develop. If you don't brown nose then you aren't getting anywhere in this company. Lots of office politics involved causing the environment to be very unprofessional. Pay is way below average and good luck getting a bonus as your overtime accrued throughout the year affects that. Pick another company to work at that is ethical and values their employee's
