Pros

Company seems to be interested in going in the right direction, has good benefits, and pays reasonably well. They have a good financial status.

Cons

Seems like people are always on the run and not too friendly.

Pros

Pay is probably above average with very good benefits and work life balance. Company has lot of great and competent people.

Cons

Typical corporate bureaucracy. This may limit career growth. As of when I left, all personal trades need pre-clearance due to legacy legal agreement.

Pros

Good training budget. Decent benefits.

Cons

Invesco's philosophy is to squeeze every drop out of their employees while paying them way below industry average. They rely on off shoring as a way to maximize profit, yet that never trickles down to its poor IT employees. They also use of shoring as a control mechanism for their employees, constantly threatening them and reminding them that they can be outsourced. This is a terrible company, unless you work in their Indian office.
