      free Cabs, free snacks but may be gone, Sr management wants to save costs., On site is not a blessing its pain, No per diem paid, Lots of questions asked for travel expense, Finance depts expects you to eat cheap food and save cost for company while traveling they don't trust employees expenses. Typical baniya kind of mentality. Very In-Human policies and processes.

      Many now with change in Leadership, Sr Management wants their puppets to run the show, Employee are not supposed to raise voices, No ethical values left, Inhuman processes, Managers do not have the ability to balance work load only few get most of the work done while rest fool around. Sr management has keep your boss happy kind of culture, People with no ethics are at management positions. Egoistic people at top level. There is severe knowledge drain happening in the company right now and no one seems to care for it.
