Pros

Diverse set of business areas to work in, generally well motivated co-workers, management that at least give a strong appearance of trying to communicate effectively.

Cons

Benefits package being cut back over time (mostly medical coverage), inconsistent compensation structures in similar areas, awkward organizational structures in some areas without adequate solicitation of feedback from employees in a position to give good advice.

Pros

Great people and great company. The senior management are taking the company in the right direction and the future looks bright for those that are involved.

Cons

Employees are treated more like managed assets than people at times. Too many layers of middle management, even after years of restructuring (which is continuous here).

Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with. Maybe because a tough environment brings out the best in people

Cons

Excessive working hours, crazy workloads and very little recognition of what is expected of staff on a daily basis. The current job market should not be used as an excuse for staffing levels being cut when not required or appropriate
