Pros

Very collegial atmosphere. Great salary if you have experience. Great 401k match

Cons

In key departments the organisation is flat which leads to no career path. This leads to employees only staying for a few years and then moving on.

Pros

Good 401k match and you can invest in low cost ETFs instead of their high cost active mutual funds.

Cons

- Too many technology middle managers are incompetent. Many are there because they are part of an ole boys club not merit. You'll never move up and never get any career opportunities. - Invesco heavily relies on vendor products and builds little in house. This leaves little opportunity for career growth and future mobility.
