Pros

Easy to say culture but many things contributed to bankruptcy, culture will be gone over the next 12 months with Labcorp. Opportunities were abundant, such as good pay, health care plans, and vacation - but all gone.

Cons

There was a lack of accountability, and executives were more about trimming to save their golden parachutes. They hired the COO and CFO with less than one year left, and they cashed out, as did the CEO. Employees left behind to either be let go or fall under LC benefits are not nearly as enticing.
