-Working with smart and passionate people -Flexibility of working remote and outside of 9-5 style -Meaningful company mission

-Constantly changing directions and not putting enough resources into what drives business -No applicable training for individuals in management roles -Growing pains with expansion and recent acquisitions -Little room for advancement -Lack of titles/responsibilities lead to a lot of confusion, overlapping work and miscommunication
