We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We actually have a very fair and open process. All roles are posted internally and employees can explore roles informally with a recruiter. We also have job alerts and a policy on ensuring that employees get evaluated for any appropriate roles before external hires.

company values change. outside hires were chosen for management positions over. employees that were familiar with assays. management wasnt required to have same knowledge of work which led to poor decision making.
