Pros

Still one of the absolute best tech health care companies out there(I have interviewed for many competitors and other healthcare companies). Nobody even comes close to what the invitae cloud team has done to catapult Invitae.

Cons

It is very sad to see the company gone to dogs. Leadership is absolute spineless. Upper product people are a joke and squandering away the amazing tech talent that is still there. A bunch of upper management folks from DocuSign have mass immigrated and practically destroyed the company culture and everything that Invitae has built.

Cons

On-boarding process Leadership is terrible, and lacks people skills. If you do not come from a call center background you basically will. not be given enough time to transition into role. If you do not also come from a progressive mindset do not work for this company.

Pros

The benefits were amazing and the culture was amazing. Very flexible and encouraged independence while working on breakthrough technologies in IVD assay development.

Cons

This was the second time getting laid off so I can safely assume that this time it was mismanagement in the company and not just a lucky project decision. Their costs were too large and the stock plummeted.
