The culture has gone downhill. Once a thriving, fun place now filled with drama and negativity. Everyone talks behind everyone's back and will backstab you to make themselves look good in front of the incompetent leads. People here are so immature they still talk badly about people who left the company months or years ago. Perks get taken away pretty often. People have the opportunity to learn new skills but this means that new and inexperienced people are sometimes left doing jobs they are not qualified for

Culture. Extremely cliquey. You think someone is your friend? They'll talk behind your back like trust isn't a thing. The leads here also can't keep a secret. Where's the professionalism? It was great 2-3 years ago. But since the re-org, things have changed. Great people have left or are trying to leave. The new leads are not managers. They cannot manage people and leave professional relationships alone without gossiping to their subordinates and having a power trip. Feels like no one is out of their college/fraternity phase yet. Need better leadership and trusting leaders to set a better example to their staff. Fix that and the culture can start being great again.
