When you work with product, engineers, designers, how do you compare 'skills'? And how does this actually tell you how you are doing? Managers are just looking out for their own optics and not investing in their employees

In my time here, I was bounced from project to project and asked to step up in all of my roles with no change in my compensation. I was not given the tools to succeed at my job, and was frequently gaslighted when I spoke up or asked for help. When I was given a raise, trust me when I say it was laughable. Additionally, despite my years of experience, newcomers with no experience whatsoever were being brought on with the same compensation. I am highly disappointed with my time here, seeing as that I started with high hopes and optimism, along with an expectation that hard and good work are rewarded.
